TrueFoodsForBabies — Privacy Policy

TrueFoodsForBabies ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. It applies to the TrueFoodsForBabies app on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and the Google Play Store (Android).

We collect only the information you provide directly when setting up the app:

- Your first name

- Your baby's first name

- Your baby's age in months

- Which foods and allergens you mark as introduced (optional)

This information is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit it to any server or third party.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not collect your email address, location, health data, payment details, device identifiers, or any behavioural or usage analytics. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs.

3. In-app purchases

All purchases are processed directly by the platform you downloaded the app from:

- On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs the collection of payment data. You can review it at apple.com/legal/privacy.

- On Android, purchases are processed by Google through Google Play Billing. Google's privacy policy governs the collection of payment data. You can review it at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not receive or store your payment information.

4. Children's privacy

This app is designed for use by parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. The baby name and age you enter are used only to personalize your experience and are never shared.

5. Data storage and security

All data entered in the app is stored locally on your device using your device's standard storage (local storage on iOS or Android). It is not backed up to our servers. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

6. Third-party services

The app does not integrate with third-party advertising, analytics, or social media services. If you subscribe via Apple or Google, that platform's standard terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

- Access the information you have provided

- Correct any inaccurate information

- Delete your data by uninstalling the app

Because your data is stored only on your device and not transmitted to us, you always have full control over it — no request to us is needed.
